My name is Nathan Young. I've been helping individuals and organizations connect with their audience via storytelling for almost eight years.

I started teaching storytelling because I've seen firsthand how a well-told story can hold an audience’s attention and inspire them to action.

Storytelling has the ability to foster connection and inspire action in a way no other medium can provide. By sharing the stories of what is most important to us as individuals or as organizations we can help shape the narratives that will define the world we live in.

Biography

Nathan Young is a coach, facilitator, organizational trainer and consultant specializing in storytelling, both as a tool for professional communication and also to define culture, community, and values.

As an organizational trainer, Nathan has developed and lead over 100 trainings and workshops, both online and in-person for organizations such as the Brookings Institution, Save the Children, WorldVision International, Alzheimer's Association, the YMCA, University of California San Diego, and many others.

Nathan emphasizes storytelling in his work because it has the ability to foster connection and inspire action in a way no other medium can provide. By sharing the stories of what is most important to us as individuals or as organizations we can help shape the narratives that will define the world we live in.

In his coaching practice he’s helped clients working in a variety of industries uncover their highest purpose and values, and use this understanding to chart a path forward towards their most unique, fulfilling, and impactful contribution to the world.
