Everybody has a story to tell but the difficult part is getting it out of your head and onto the page. In this workshop we’ll explore the elements of crafting a personal story, how to zero in on the story you want to share, and the steps for pulling it out of your mind and on to the page. Special emphasis will be placed on exploring the aspects of vulnerability and honest self reflection it will take to make your story resonate.
This workshop will be hands on and interactive. Beginners and experienced writers can benefit from this workshop. Feel free to bring in a piece that you’re working on you can start something new in session. Most of all, be sure to bring something to write with.
