Live Your "Why"

At the heart of everything we do lies a purpose, a vision, a "why."

To live in alignment with our “why” means to be focusing our energy towards the exact thing that excites us, energizes us, and has us making our most important impacts in the world. It connects us to something bigger and makes us feel like we're doing the most important work we can possibly be doing. It can help others connect to what we’re doing and helps us manage through the ups and downs that inevitably come up on every endeavor we choose.

To be separated from our “why” will leave us feeling disjointed and drained, like we're spinning our wheels and giving away our power to the wrong things every day.

This workshop will be all about helping us find our “why,” internalize it, and take the first steps towards actionizing it in our daily lives.

We'll be exploring:

  • Discovering your “why” and connecting to what makes it important to you.

  • Exploring the stories of your life that have informed your purpose and “why”.

  • Learning to believe we’re worthy of the challenges and vision of your ”why”.

  • Discovering how your “why” applies to your life right now and how you can focus it even further.

  • Tools for internalizing your “why” to keep you strong through challenges and setbacks.

  • Discerning the path you need to take to live into your “why” and planning out the next steps.

This workshop will be perfect for anybody who wants to create a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in what they do. This can be leaders and entrepreneurs that want to make sure they're focused and staying on track with what’s important to them. This could also be anybody who feels disconnected from what’s important to them and wants to make a shift into something more purpose driven in their life.

The tools learned here can be applied to both personal and professional endeavors. This workshop can benefit individuals at all levels of growth, expression, and personal development.

And yes, part of what we'll do will overlap and borrow heavily from Simon Sinek’s concept of "find your why.” We’ll be putting a different twist on it and going quite a few layers deeper also.
