How To Have Self Worth

Once upon a time in flash of inspiration (and desperation) I googled the type of thing that I would have never thought to Google before.

I Googled, “How to have self worth.”

Luckily for me, the first result was a Wikihow article that was actually quite informative.

Having positive self worth was something that I had heard people talk about but I had no concept how you achieved it. Do I need to be successful to have self worth? Will it happen if I lose some weight? Or are you basically born with it or not?

Luckily I found out that it was something I could work on and positively effect for myself.

I also found out that self worth is a cumulative result of incremental steps, like a muscle you work out. This happens through consistent and deliberate exercises such as journaling, positive affirmations, and simply doing nice things for myself.

Have you ever tried any of these? How did it go? Do you have other practices that have been helpful for you?
