Nine Self-Worth Journal Prompts

Last week I hosted a free mini-workshops on “Believing in Your Own Worth.” I hope it will be the first of many such workshops I offer on personal development topics.

One of the primary things that came up in discussion a lot was the challenges of being willing to believe in ourselves. It’s so easy to fall into the trap of measuring ourselves against others. Worse yet, we’re probably also measuring the least flattering version of ourselves with the most flattering version of others without even realizing it.

Journaling is one of my favorite practices for healing, self discover, processing emotions, and just reminding myself that I’m a worthy contributor to this world.

As a follow up to last week’s workshop, I wanted to offer up these journal prompts. These are both for the folks that participated in the workshop, or for anybody else that would like to take advantage of them.

I’d also be curious to know if you have a journalling practice in our life. What do you do? How does it help you?
